How to Get to Fujiyoshida and Kawaguchiko from Tokyo
The Mt. Fuji area is an easy day trip — or a relaxed overnight — from Tokyo. Here are the simplest ways to reach Fujiyoshida and Lake Kawaguchiko, and how to find our go-kart meeting point near Fuji-Q Highland.
By highway bus (easiest)
Direct highway buses run from Busta Shinjuku (above Shinjuku Station) to Fujisan Station in about 2 hours, with no transfers. It's the simplest option — book ahead in busy seasons, as seats sell out. From Fujisan Station, our shop is about a 5-minute taxi ride.
By train
Take the JR Chuo Line from Shinjuku to Otsuki, then change to the Fujikyu Railway to Fujisan Station — around 2.5 hours in total. Some direct limited-express services also run toward the Fuji area. From Fujisan Station, it's about a 5-minute taxi to our shop.
By car
About 1.5 hours from Tokyo via the Chuo Expressway to the Fujiyoshida / Kawaguchiko area. We have free on-site parking for tour guests.
The last mile to our meeting point
Our shop is at 4-11-13 Shinnishihara, Fujiyoshida — a short hop from Fuji-Q Highland and Fujisan Station. A taxi from Fujisan Station is the easiest last-mile option (about ¥1,000). Please arrive 10 minutes before your start time.
