Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you book or join an electric go-kart tour operated by Mt. Fuji Ecokart ("we", "us", "our"), or use our website at mtfuji-ecokart.com. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings and payment

Prices are shown at the time of booking and are payable online via Stripe, unless otherwise stated.
Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation.
Bookings close at 18:00 JST on the day before the tour across all channels.

2. Cancellations and refunds

Our standard policy allows a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before your tour start time. Tours that include a meal may have a longer cancellation window. Bookings made through travel platforms (OTAs) follow that platform's cancellation policy. For cancellations or changes, contact us at [email protected].

3. Driver's licence requirement

A valid driver's licence is required to drive a go-kart. Overseas visitors must bring a valid licence recognised in Japan (for most, this means an International Driving Permit together with your home-country licence). It is your responsibility to bring the correct documents. We cannot refund guests who cannot drive due to missing or invalid documents on the day.

4. Safety and conduct

You must follow all instructions from our guides and all traffic rules at all times.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
You may be asked to sign a liability waiver before the tour.
We may refuse or stop participation for safety reasons, without refund, where a guest behaves dangerously or breaches these Terms.

5. Weather and changes

Tours may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a tour, we will offer a reschedule or a refund of the tour fee.

6. Liability

You take part in the tour at your own risk and agree to drive safely and responsibly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to your booking. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Mt. Fuji Ecokart（以下「当社」）が運営する電動ゴーカートツアーのご予約・ご参加、または当ウェブサイト（mtfuji-ecokart.com）のご利用に適用されます。ご予約をもって本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

1. 予約と支払い

料金は予約時に表示され、特記なき限り Stripe によるオンライン決済でお支払いいただきます。
決済完了・確認の受領をもって予約確定となります。
予約の締め切りは全チャネル共通で、ツアー前日の18:00（日本時間）です。

2. キャンセル・返金

標準では、ツアー開始の24時間前までのキャンセルで全額返金いたします。食事付きツアーはキャンセル期限が異なる場合があります。旅行予約サイト（OTA）経由のご予約は、当該サイトの規定に従います。キャンセル・変更は [email protected] までご連絡ください。

3. 運転免許について

ゴーカートの運転には有効な運転免許が必要です。海外からお越しの方は、日本で有効と認められる免許（多くの場合、国際運転免許証＋自国の免許）をご持参ください。必要書類のご持参はお客様の責任となります。当日に書類の不備・無効により運転できない場合、返金はいたしかねます。

4. 安全・行動

ガイドの指示および交通ルールに常に従ってください。
飲酒・薬物の影響下での運転は固く禁止します。
ツアー前に免責同意書への署名をお願いする場合があります。
危険行為や本規約違反があった場合、安全上の理由で参加をお断り・中止することがあり、その場合の返金はいたしかねます。

5. 天候・変更

天候その他やむを得ない事情により、ツアーを延期または中止する場合があります。当社都合で中止する場合は、振替またはツアー料金の返金をご案内します。

6. 責任

ツアーへの参加はお客様ご自身の責任で行っていただき、安全かつ責任ある運転に同意いただきます。法令で認められる範囲で、当社の責任はお支払いいただいたツアー料金を上限とします。適用法上除外できない責任を排除するものではありません。

7. プライバシー

個人情報は当社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

8. 本規約の変更

本規約は随時更新することがあります。本ページに掲載の版がご予約に適用されます。更新日は冒頭に記載します。
