This Privacy Policy explains how Mt. Fuji Ecokart ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you book a tour, sign our liability waiver, contact us, or use our website at mtfuji-ecokart.com.

2. Information we collect

Booking details — your name, email address, phone number, number of guests, and your chosen tour date and time.
Payment information — card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we only receive a confirmation and limited transaction details.
Liability waiver — if you sign our electronic waiver, we collect the information you enter (such as name, date, emergency contact and your consent/signature) as a record of agreement.
Enquiries — the content of any email or form you send us.
Bookings made via travel platforms — if you book through a partner (e.g. GetYourGuide, KKday), we receive the booking details they share with us to run your tour.
Website usage data — basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, and referral source, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

3. How we use your information

To process and confirm your booking and payment.
To contact you about your reservation, changes, or questions.
To keep a record of signed liability waivers for safety and legal purposes.
To operate, maintain and improve our website and services.
To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

Stripe — payment processing.
Google — Google Analytics (website usage) and Google services used to manage reservations and our business profile.
Email delivery — our email provider, to send you booking confirmations and replies.
Travel platforms (OTAs) — where you booked through them, to coordinate your tour.
Authorities — where required by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. These tools set cookies and may collect an anonymised/truncated IP address and usage events. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep booking and waiver records for as long as needed to provide our services, to meet legal, accounting and safety requirements, and to resolve any disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop certain uses of it. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Stripe and Google) may process data on servers located outside Japan. Where this happens, your information is handled under those providers' security and privacy commitments.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults and for minors accompanied and consented to by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Mt. Fuji Ecokart（以下「当社」）が、お客様がツアーをご予約・免責同意書に署名・お問い合わせ、または当ウェブサイト（mtfuji-ecokart.com）をご利用いただく際に、どのように個人情報を収集・利用・共有・保護するかを説明するものです。

2. 収集する情報

予約情報：お名前、メールアドレス、電話番号、参加人数、ご希望のツアー日時。
決済情報：カード決済は Stripe が安全に処理します。当社はカード番号の全桁を受領・保存せず、決済の確認と限定的な取引情報のみを受け取ります。
免責同意書：電子同意書に署名された場合、入力内容（お名前・日付・緊急連絡先・同意／署名など）を同意の記録として取得します。
お問い合わせ内容：メールやフォームでお送りいただいた内容。
旅行予約サイト経由の予約：GetYourGuide・KKday等を通じてご予約の場合、ツアー運営に必要な予約情報を受領します。
サイト利用データ：閲覧ページ、おおよその地域、端末・ブラウザ種別、参照元など（Cookie等により取得。第5項参照）。

3. 利用目的

ご予約・お支払いの処理および確定。
予約内容・変更・お問い合わせに関するご連絡。
安全および法令上の目的での免責同意書の記録保持。
ウェブサイト・サービスの運営、維持および改善。
法令遵守および紛争解決。

4. 第三者への提供

当社はお客様の個人情報を販売しません。事業運営に必要な範囲で、サービス提供事業者にのみ共有します。

Stripe：決済処理。
Google：Google アナリティクス（サイト利用状況）、および予約・ビジネスプロフィール管理に用いる Google サービス。
メール配信事業者：予約確認や返信メールの送信。
旅行予約サイト（OTA）：当該サイト経由でご予約の場合のツアー調整。
公的機関：法令で求められる場合。

5. Cookie・アクセス解析

サイト改善のため Google アナリティクス4を利用しています。これらはCookieを設定し、匿名化されたIPアドレスや利用イベントを収集する場合があります。Cookieはブラウザ設定でブロック・削除できます。Google アナリティクスの無効化はオプトアウトアドオンから可能です。

6. 保存期間

予約・免責同意の記録は、サービス提供、法令・会計・安全上の要件の充足、紛争解決に必要な期間保持し、不要になった時点で削除または匿名化します。

7. お客様の権利

当社が保有するお客様の個人情報について、開示・訂正・更新・削除、または特定の利用停止をご請求いただけます。[email protected] までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応します。

8. 国外移転

一部のサービス提供事業者（Stripe・Google等）は日本国外のサーバーでデータを処理する場合があります。その場合も、各事業者のセキュリティ・プライバシー基準のもとで取り扱われます。

9. 未成年者について

本サービスは成人、または保護者の同伴・同意を得た未成年者を対象とします。適切な同意なく児童の個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。
